JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Helpdesk Technician you are the first point of contact for all IT service desk incidents and requests for our customer. In this position, you will field customer calls, troubleshoot, document and resolve IT-related issues based on solutions found in the knowledge base. In this unique environment our customers may be English, Spanish or Portuguese speakers.
We are looking for individuals with the ability to read and write fluently in either Spanish or Portuguese or both. While you may take calls from English speaking customers your primary focus will be to assist customers whose primary language is either Spanish or Portuguese.
We are seeking individuals throughout the U.S. who possess a very unique language skill set. Stefanini has a global presence and our employees support and interact with clients around the globe. The technicians for this particular project will be based here at our North American headquarters in Southfield, MI**. The support hours will be 7am -11pm EST Monday – Sunday.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide professional end-user support while communicating with clients in English, Spanish and/or Portugese via telephone, email or web submits
- Provide restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user problems
- Responds to end-user problems based on standard procedures
- Track incidents and calls, including but not limited to, entering data into the database timely and accurately
- May be responsible for ensuring systems are configured properly
Skills, Licenses, Knowledge, Education and Training Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior Tier I help desk experience
- Requires excellent customer service skills
- Solid foundation of Personal Computer experience
- Troubleshooting capability
- Overall knowledge of desktop productivity products
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proven ability to remain flexible in a changing environment
- Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position
- May require additional project-specific training
